About Dr. Aarti Khosla

Aarti Khosla, Member IARRT , International Association for Regression Research and Therapies

Dr. Aarti Khosla is a practicing past life therapist, Life between-Lives Therapist, and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. She is part of the 1st batch of certified Clinical Hypnotherapists and Past Life Regression Therapists in India, under CALIFORNIA HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE (USA), DR. SUNNY SATIN.

Being a Reiki Master & Crystal Therapist, Aarti has held workshops on meditation, hypno Reiki and healing in UK, Canada and different parts of India. Psychic qualities have led her to participate in mediumship related workshops in UK and Wales.

Aarti graduated from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai in Economics and completed three years training for Chartered Accountancy. She pursued her hobby of Art and Music alongside and from childhood was inspired by spiritual masters and naturally did meditations and healing through prayer.

From the depths of silence came light and colours which stayed within for many years till a chance visit to a cathedral in London, where the ethereal effect of stained glass led her to study this art there. She has done restoration of old churches since, including St. James Church in Delhi

A deep desire to use and spread Hypnotherapy led her to attend the first World Congress for Regression Therapists (WCRT1) in Netherlands and was part of the International organizing committee for the 2nd World Congress for Regression Therapists (WCRT2) in New Delhi, India She continued to be on this committee for the WCRT3 that was held in BRAZIL in Sept 2008, where she presented a research paper highlighting on ‘Theory and Types of Karma’, the foundation of Regression Therapy.

At present, she is the only teacher of Spiritual Hypnosis in India.

Aarti has been holding workshops, in India and internationally, on several areas of alternative medicine, including meditation, self-healing and distant healing, aura scanning, crystal therapy, and healing with sound (Swar and Nada Brahman)

Dr. Aarti Khosla is the founder of the Temple of Inspiration, New Delhi, which initiated a series of ‘Inspiring Mankind’ workshops, held internationally; focussing on awakening the potential of the mind and dispelling fear. She holds spiritual meetings and conducts lectures on the connection between intellect and spirituality at the Prerna School of Inspiration, New Delhi. Aarti can be contacted at aarti@prerna.net.in
