My interaction with Dr Aarti Khosla began last year when I was passing thru one of my toughest phases in life due to some serious health issues. I had seen the positive change in my sister and there began a journey of faith and complete surrender. Maa taught me to be "abhay" , to live with no fear as the universe and the almighty watches over me. I went for my sessions with a mind therapist of Prerna and was able to release things from my past which had manifested itself into this health issue. The cleansing meditation helped me to cope with the problem psychologically as I was able to release the knots and cleanse myself. It has truly been a life changing and a life enhancing experience for me. There is my mother who gave me "janam' and then I meet Maa who gave me "Jeevan" , taught me how to live with positivity and faith. I only have words of gratitude and hope that the Prerna School of Inspiration is able to touch many more lives like mine. My wife actually has done workshos with Dr Aarti Khosla, as Maa felt that she would be able to heal me on a more constant basis. My gratitude to all the healers at the Ashram as its because of the constant healing that I get from there that I am able to tide over this health issue. I am more forgiving and dont hold on to things and realize the fact that life is to give and share. I had even invited Dr Khosla to come and speak to my team at work as corporate life does take its toll and stress factors are extremely high, it was truly a life defining moment for all of them and they cherish it till now. Thanks Dr Khosla for making us a part of your life and watching over us always.

I have had the privilege of attending the Inspiring Mankind Workshop organized in 2008 and it was the most touching and inspiring session. It truly was a turning point in my life as it brought a new dimension to my thinking and existence. Dr Aarti Khosla, mesmerized the entire group with her simplicity and depth as she dwelt on the “Real purpose” of our being and existence and the “Collective Consciousness” of the organizations in which we work and live the major part of our day. All HP members were greatly inspired to think and balance on their left and Right brain perspectives and brought about the change and positivity into their workplace.

You may consider my write up (below the dotted line) as a feedback or a testimonial of my experience at PRERNA SCHOOL OF INSPIRATION, or you may call it by whatever name. But the fact is the learning imbibed at Prerna, which led to expansive growth in my life & especially my approach to life cannot be put in any words. In last few workshops or teaching discourses, I have kept silent as I had no clue what to say as no words can ever describe the stupendous help/growth/ grace/maturity/spontaneous intuitiveness which has dawned on me due to PRERNA. The healing & 'physical body cures' which I have received is a Soulful experience which stays with me ever & too tough to put it in the limited domain of language & words.

I take this opportunity to share the 'Paradigm shift' that happened in my 'life-lifestyle-thought patterns- behaviors & attitudes' entirely due to Prerna School of Inspiration. The teachings in workshops were life transforming. Being a Medical Professional, I have always focussed on Gross Body & the science of its treatment through evidence based approach. The concepts of mind were revealed only at Prerna. The ultimate philosophy of PrernaSchool of Inspiration :- "greater the gap between stimulus & response, more the wisdom", has helped me maximally at my work place. Being the CMO of All Honda Two Wheeler plants, I deal with a huge number of patients, their families & empanelled hospitals. This wisdom which the Prena workshops instilled within me, has made my approach to my people very caring, compassionate, & mature. My crisp responses & retorts of past have now been replaced by mature, calm responses. Over & above patient care & medical administration, I now interact with the families of admitted patients, council them ( in prevention, weaning off substance abuse & additions ). These family counseling lead to Wholistic Cure of patients & family. Being also a trainer of Honda Leadership programs, I spread a lot of positive motivation in my workshops ( all learnt at Prerna).

THE 'EXISTENTIAL VACUUM of life has been replaced by ' Soulful & Expansive Purposiveness' in my life all due to Prerna & thus life feels more fulfilled & complete now. My past Preoccupied approach has been replaced by Mindfulness after being a part of Prerna.
